A Scythian dagger,

Black Sea Area, 3rd/2nd century BC. Iron, double-edged blade with the characteriscally shaped quillons. Broad tang with decorative notches on the side. Ring-shaped pommel, the ends terminating into stylised eagle heads. Length 44 cm.
Provenance: Viennese private collection of the 80s.
