Kaiser Wilhelm II - a silver writing set from Achilleion Castle

on Corfu, made by the jeweller Strube & Sohn, Königsberg. Silver with engraved floral ornaments (partially in relief). The set comprising a utensils dish with monogram cartouche "WII IR" surmounted by an Imperial crown and indentation (with the jeweller's mark and hallmark "800") for the silver lidded crystal glass inkwell. 24.5 x 17.5 x 9.5 cm, weight (without inkwell) 276 g, a small oil lamp of silver and crystal glass, the oil container engraved "Achilleion" and "Corfu", height ca. 16 cm, as well as paper knife and letter opener with etched steel blades and silver handles, length 15 and 23.5 cm.
