Gilt brass frame with surrounding collar of the Order of the Black Eagle in relief surmounted by a detachable Imperial crown (supplemented). With stand, signed "C.H. Preetz Berlin W 8". Mounted picture of the Emperor in admiral's uniform, photographer's signature "Voigt 09". Pencil signature of the Emperor and date "1911". Frame dimensions 26.5 x 33 cm.
