Burma, 18th century Typical, slightly curved single-edged blade, broader at the point, silver grip mountings decorated with finely chased floral patterns. Ivory grip carved with floral patterns in relief, two figurative cartouches on the sides, and an inscribed scroll "C. Hokshein". Two-piece wooden scabbard with silver mountings finely chased en suite. Length 91 cm.
