A bronze sword,

Central Europe, circa 1000 B.C. Bronze with slight, greenish patina. Slender double-edged blade with a broad semi-circular mid rib on both sides. Four fixation holes at the base, the outer pair damaged. Baluster-shaped tang with one fixation hole and narrow flanges along its sides. Length 41.5 cm.
