A Greek bronze hydria,

5th century B.C. Bronze with greenish patina. Bellied shape on a small offset foot. Two handles at the sides. The neck with flared rim and a grooved handle, the base showing engraved decoration. Small restorations to the body, one of the side handles is a replacement. Height 39.5 cm.
Provenance: German private collection from the 1980s.
