Silver with massive eyelet, obverse medallist's mark "Losch F." on the arm section, reverse newer type inscription and medallist mark "R" under the wreath bow. Weight 27.5 g. Diameter 40.5 mm. In a damaged, old paper box with ink inscription "Für Generalarzt Dr. Mayrhofer..." (OEK 498).
Of greatest rarity - only 40 awarded.
