A military matchlock musket,

Suhl, circa 1620. Tapered round, smooth bore barrel in 17 mm calibre with three marks stamped on the chamber. Pan with flash guard and pan cover on the right side. Rounded matchlock with match and the stamped mark "SUL". Dark (some worm damage) beech wood stock with a fishtail butt and iron furniture. Wooden ramrod with iron tip. Length 138 cm.
