A self-loading insert barrel (S.E.L) ERMA for P. 08 in large case, Reichswehr,

calibre 5.6 mm, no. 238. No matching numbers. Bright bore. Case contents complete: insert barrel, bolt, magazine, auxiliary chamber, cleaning rod with two brushes. Blued bolt marked "ERMA Erfurt" and acceptance eagle/"WaA49". Magazine nickel-plated, spotted. Alder wood case in very good condition, branded on floor "RR 1932". Very rare as only two cases per company were handed out as from 1932, in 1936 the large case was exchanged for the small one without cleaning rod etc.
