A Forest Supervisor's hat and provisional coat

for the Shire of Eberstein in the Duchy of Braunschweig
Black felt hat for the official uniform with gold braid on the brim, a gold cord interlaced with green hatband with acorns on both ends, and a Braunschweig cap emblem in frosted gilt. Pleated blue/yellow cockade with gold bullion clasp on a gilded button with the coat of arms of the Shire of Eberstein in the Duchy of Braunschweig. Chamois hair brush on the side for the "small opportunities". Leather sweatband with the size "57" indicated. Silk lining.
The provisional coat is of hunting green cloth with a green velvet collar and gilded buttons with the coat of arms (as above). Green backed shoulder boards with gold braid interlaced with green (faded). Black silk lining.
